Open Letter to President O'Bama

Dear Mr. President O’Bama,

My name is Titus Anderson. I am currently a window washer in Phoenix, AZ. I have reason to believe you know who I am.

This letter is an open letter to you and may be published by others, in it’s entirety, or circulated on the internet, in it’s entirety.

The reason for trying to reach you using this format is because nothing else seems to be working. I have probably 200 phone calls to the FBI, 100 to the Dept. of Justice, several to the CIA, letters to the ODNI, and complaints on file with several state prosecutors.

The reason for the complaint is that our officers are guilty of a number of charges that I cannot demonstrate by myself. I have been trapped in homelessness now for about 8 ½ years and this was accomplished unlawfully, using a number of police and intelligence agencies, drugs, manipulation, and some of my friends and family members, who apparently didn’t have to do much except keep their mouths shut while somebody else does the dirty work.

I am writing to ask you for a Presidential pardon on my behalf.  Although I am not formally incarcerated, I have been trapped in a program created by the United States. This program is at once a de facto incarceration, and as well, a game of sorts.

It’s this “game” idea where things have turned into something far too risky.  There have been tens of thousands of nonverbal instructions and intimidations to move.  I have walked some 20,000 miles or more over the last 8 ½ years while carrying extra weight on my person. People are playing games with heroin, carbon monoxide, sleep deprivation and so on. I do not want to spend anymore time at this and I have been taken against my will into this idea. A game of this scale can only be accomplished with the use of many police and intelligence officers, and it is illegal.

Even if I find the idea intriguing, it has become far too dangerous to my health.

Furthermore, I am not supposed to be “incarcerated”. There should be hundreds of police, fbi agents, movie stars, family, friends and so on who can testify that I have in fact been trapped unlawfully in homelessness, but strangely, I can’t find any.

I don’t believe the United States has any grounds for trapping me. Most of my mistakes are anywhere from 15 to 23 years ago. I suspect publishing, media, and the like to be the honest motives.

To make this idea easy for you I am only asking that the pardon be contingent upon a criminal investigation. Also that I should have the right to see what if any charges are being brought against myself and to be sure that the 8 ½ years already spent in a de facto work furlough haven’t already been more than sufficient for anything you might find from 15-23 years ago. Also, I want the ability to examine the prosecution for illegal relationships with publishers, Hollywood, etc.

I also want to point out that there is a legitimate reason to suspect ulterior motives and illegal relationships between police officers and Hollywood. The media industries started publishing information about myself before I was tricked into my current situation. The number of pieces must now be in the tens of thousands and includes our newspapers, movies, tv, cable, music, magazines, etc.

If you grant the pardon, you would accomplish a number of things. First, you wouldn’t have someone wrongfully trapped in a dangerous situation. I have been trapped now for almost ten years and I am risking multiple surgeries on my hips and knees from walking.  Second, the media companies could stop publishing there products around this idea.  They must be spending several thousand hours per week, writing  and rehearsing and performing their material. You could save the U.S. a lot of effort and money. Third, the pardon is only contingent on a formal prosecution. The pardon stops when someone has a legitimate reason to trap or incarcerate me, but I get to examine who they are, what their motives are, and so on.

I am confident that people are indulging themselves playing “vigilante” and that this is unnecessary and becoming extremely dangerous.

In the end, you will free a person who is trapped unlawfully, save the United States millions of dollars, and give me the right to pursue those who have choreographed this illegal scheme. It is the only right thing for a President to do.

Open Letter to ODNI

Dear <Name Deleted> or Current Civil Liberties Protection Officer,

This letter is a complaint and may become a publicly published note.

My name is Titus Anderson. My social security number is <Number Deleted>.

I am writing to complain about misconduct by one or perhaps many of our intelligence agencies. I have been taken against my will into a project that was choreographed most likely for the purposes of a publishing deal or deals.

For the last fifteen years an astronomical amount of material, (informercials) have been written and performed for my benefit. This means tv shows, cable shows, major motion picture, newspapers both local and international, magazines, local and international news and so on.

While receiving instructions and information from these sources our police agencies are being choreographed and “activated” to “prosecute” me but without using a courtroom or proving a case.

Approximately nine years ago I was manipulated into a state of homelessness by the authorities misusing a number of technologies and people around me. The informericals  started about two to three years before I went into homelessness.

Although I have some mistakes in my background, I have nothing that would warrant nine years in homelessness with health problems given to me by the authorities. I have received literally thousands of intructions to walk or move and I already have to do a lot of walking to panhandle for work. I estimate I have walked about 11,000 miles in the last five years, possibly more.

At no time has there been any prosecutions, courts, witnesses, examinations, discovery process, etc.

I have essentially been incarcerated for sport by the police and I cannot prove or demonstrate this by myself because there is no one who will collaborate my story. However, I have accumulated several hundred “informercials” that are in my possession.

I am demanding that your office prosecute the officers responsible for choreographing this scheme and for deceiving me into a de facto incarceration. It is supposed to be the death penalty for those responsible. I have the right to an attorney, to know my civil rights, to know who is prosecuting me, even prisoner & felon rights, what the duration of the incarceration is to be, and if there are any illegal unions among police, witnesses, victims, publishers, movie stars and so on. 

As an undercover agent, I don’t want the job. It’s too dangerous. The police and their minions are too stupid and heavy handed to know when to say when. Essentially, they are making a spectacle of me so someone else can brag about it or publish it in some format for others entertainment. That could include metaphors and pictograms in popular magazines among many, many other possibilities.

I now count over twenty-one beds in about five different cities and three different states over the last seven years that I have been harassed or intimidated away from using a variety of techniques (drugs, heart-thumping, nonverbal communication, and other phenomena etc.) by the people around me and/or the authorities.

This supposedly is a result of my imagination--not government or police harassment--and it has left me unemployed and unemployable. At no time has there been a statement of police business, a warrant, etc. These moves could have been for my own good or they could be for some other reason. Unless they are for police business, they are a civil rights violation.

As long as this activity is reframed as "comeuppance" and not recognized as "conspiracy" or "illegal detention" or "attempted manslaughter" this could feasibly go on for another seven years or until my hips and knees wear out from walking while carrying extra weight on my person.

Despite having legitimate claims on file for Social Security Disability, they were denied. (See "Smear Campaign" in the bloglist.)

We must not let the authorities prosecute and jail citizens without trials or jail cells. Juries and judges will always need the ability to examine, cross-examine and possibly expose ulterior motives. How can one file a counter claim or counter suit if there is no record of a judgement, court hearing, or a crime? What about Prisoner's & Felon's Rights for those who are incarcerated? I suppose you don't have any if there is no incarceration demonstrable. How slick is that?

The list of people and agencies with complaints on file keeps growing. Also, I was trying to protect my own intellectual property from opportunists/exploitation.

I must take a moment to express my sincere thanks to all of the writers, producers, actors, singers, visual artists, rappers, entrepreneurs, attornies and others who have taken the time to think about myself and my situation. I am deeply grateful.

Unfortunately, my situation has not improved. This is now my fourth year (and counting) of window washing here in Phoenix. I have now been a part of American popular culture now for about twelve years. I have been manipulated into a state of homelessness for about eight.

The government has accomplished this using technologies that I did not know existed. And even if they did, I couldn't imagine that they could be used for such purposes. If you think my situation is a joke or a "game", it isn't. Despite injuries in my hips and legs from walking thousands of miles over the last eight years while carrying extra weight on my person, no one has made an intervention. And that's despite being the inspiration behind literally thousands of productions in print, articles, ads, movies, tv and cable shows, commercials, songs and if I add websites--forget it.

If you thought I was getting what I had coming to me, "comeuppance", think again. There isn't anything that serious in my background. No charges have been filed against me because there isn't a case against me. That isn't to say that I haven't made mistakes, I have. Most of which are nearly twenty years ago. I am almost forty-four years old now. But the most serious thing the government has is an accident, not a crime, from several years ago. (See "About that Car Accident" in the blog listings.)

No matter. They have been "hitting" me anyway. My father recently passed away and on the first and third visits I had with him, when I was alone, we were both "heart-thumped". My mother was also treated somewhat rudely as she passed away last year. Neither one of them have anything in there backgrounds that would warrant them being disrespected. They were both very old and frail.

Actually, I think this is something between myself and the government that is not liminal to the people. But the people participating in this project have no idea what is going on. Food poisoning, heroin, sleep depravation, heart-thumping, instructions to walk or move (now in the thousands, even if it's disabling me), tactile sensations on the body and other phenomena I won't go into here are happening.

Complaints have now been filed with U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, Phoenix FBI, Phoenix Professional Standards, and an inquiry for information with Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and AZ Attorney General, Tom Horne.

I have to make sure I am not being "stopped" for the sake of someone else's bragging or publishing rights and that the technologies employed by the government are not being  used for this purpose.

If I wasn't able to wash windows, I don't know where I would be. It's one thing to have high school students or homeless men harrass you because of a misunderstanding, but it's another thing to have it deliberately choreographed by a police agency who knows better! In fact, the police agencies are not allowed to act as a gang or to "trap" people. I suppose they could make an exception if your name is Al Capone, but I am no exception.

Part 2: About That Car Accident

Part 2:

For those who aren't familiar with what has been happening (you may want to start by reading, About That Car Accident, listed in the blog), I wanted to offer further clarification.  I have been getting "prosecuted" in some clever ways and have to constantly try to defend myself.

The "accident" that happened between myself and this other person was approximately late 2000 or early 2001.

The motion picture industry (tv, movies, cable, etc.) started taking inspiration from my life and publishing about me, and/or those related to me around 2002.

News and magazine media around 2005.

I was manipulated into homelessness around 2005. This has become a de facto "incarceration".

Lethal force has been used off and on since about 2009.

The sum total of all media over the last twelve years must be over 100,000 pieces and have cost several hundred million dollars of effort to produce.

See anything peculiar?

There have been no courts, no prosecutions, no record of assaults, no record of any incarcerations, no interrogations, no cross examination of "victims" or "witnesses" (there was someone else in the room at the time), no appeals, and so on.

There are four different persons who could have accosted me about the situation:

1. The police, who were there at the time.

2. The "victim". Either at the time or a later time.

3. The witness of the event.

4. The owner of the apartment where the event took place, who came back shortly after the incident.

If necessary, anyone of us could have found or contacted the other.  To the best of my understanding the incident was known at the time or shortly thereafter to have been a misunderstanding and was left as such.

Had there been any arrests, I would have pleaded, "Not Guilty".

I am deeply sorry about the situation and cannot go into any further detail about it. As you can see it has happened over ten years ago now and I am constantly reminded of it, sometimes playfully and sometimes I have no idea what anyone is thinking.

I don't have regular access to a computer but I am going to put my autobiography together about this and a number of other things. Myself and my life have become one of the most influential in American history. Ha!

SMEAR CAMPAIGN

When encountering a man with mental health problems, the police should: 

A. Ignore him.

B. Put him on drugs.

C. Put him on drugs and then ignore him.

D. Assault/ Embarrass/ Harass him.

E. Look for something in his background, circumvent the courts and wrongfully detain/ incarcerate him.

F. Produce over 100,000 infomercials over the course of ten years for him at a cost of more than one billion dollars that he can't act on because he's being detained          

G. Injure him and leave him dependent on friends, family, St. Vincent de Paul, Medi-Care, and ultimately on Social Security Disability (Hint: Social Security is bankrupt.)

H. All of the above. 

I.  None of the above.

Hey, it's YOUR federal tax dollars at work. If you know the correct answer to the above question, shouldn't the government???

For the Record

For the record, I am not a voluntary participant in any "game". Although I have made several thousand moves against my will trying to win over Hollywood, at some point, one has to stop.

For the last seven years, I have been manipulated into a state of homelessness by the "authorities". It took me a long time to catch on to what was going on because it's always "off the grid". At this point however, I think we can safely agree that the paraliminal is now liminal.

On my second of four visits with the FBI (around 2008, I think) I asked for a classified conversation. It was denied. The reason for this request is because I noticed myself being portrayed in a number of places and publications, and in Hollywood.

"What am I supposed to do about this?" I asked. There were instructions there.

I told the duty agent, verbatim, " I cannot accomplish what I have been tasked with."

This was due to symptoms of IBS from time to time. The duty agent then told me I would need a "civil litigant" if I wanted to pursue anyone for portraying me or jeapordizing my safety. These were not criminal charges (false) and not something the FBI would handle. Bye.

It would take me a long time to put two and two together and go back to the FBI for a fourth visit (see Visit Four of Four in the bloglist) several years later. I finally had reason to suspect, but could not conclusively prove, that if not the FBI , then some agency was assaulting me and manipulating me into a state of homelessness while literally tens of thousands of infomercials were being produced and distributed all over the United States, at what must be a cost in the tens (if not hundreds) of millions of dollars.

Now if you were me you would have a problem with this: 1. I had already written and started shopping my own autobiography and did not want anyone else augmenting or manipulating me so they could stake a claim on it. 2. I don't have anything in my background that warrants being incarcerated in a work furlough for seven years much less where you are constantly assaulted, harrassed, slandered, embarrassed or made to walk around excessively (EXCESSIVELY, I have walked several hundred miles beyond the ten thousand or so necessary for my work due to harrassment). 3. A seven year incarceration is serious business and the government has completely skipped due process to guarantee a conviction and possibly, I suspect, to authenticate a story (motive). With the other hand tens of thousands of informercials are distributed. That means tv, cable, motion picture, news, commercials, ads, newspapers, magazines, books and music.

I only breach the subject here because it is so obvious that this has become common knowledge.

In the meantime, my life has literally been endangered, sometimes flagrantly so by various pieces. In the meantime I am constantly bothered, harrassed, and my hips and knees are wearing out. That is not a good deal for anyone. It's dishonest.
